How do you get checked out for these? i have been checked for chyamidia and i was fine but hoe do u get checked for anything else u might not know you have? i mean where do you go, and can u get checked for all of them at once or is it different places for each type?

okay, so... i don't know if Im just being paranoid, but here it goes:
This morning I was at work (a bakery), and I rang someone up and was taking there money and got their money in my hand and I relized it had a spot of blood on it, and then I looked at there hand and it had blood on it. Not a ton of blood, but a good amount like they had a cut or something. I didn't want to be rude, the guy was really nice, so I just took his money and set it under the counter, and then immediately washed my hands, with soap and hot water. I was the only one there at the time, when the owner came in, I told her and we cleaned everything he might of touched and so on. but now I am really paranoid that I got some disease from him? Besides the usual itty, bitty cuticle/sores that everyone has, I had a paper cut on my palm. but it was from yesterday, its not really an "open sore". any way, I know its too late to do much, what would you guys do? do you think I am ok? thank you!

A friend of mine was telling me that her longterm partner had got crabs. he said he must've picked them up while sleeping at a friend's house from the bedding.
She seemed to think this was fair enough but am I right that this would be extremely unlikely? You need to have close contact with another person carrying them surely? I know that body lice of any kind live for very little time off the body/ head with out heat or food etc?
This is what I thought to be the case. If so, should I put this to my friend? She would be devastated if she thought he had cheated on her.

I'm really scared, had a Pap in Dec that came back with ASCUS, and was tested for HPV. It just so turns out I tested possitive for high risk HPV. My doctor is now sending me to a specialist for a coloscapy/bioposy. I am terrified! Is ASCUS cancer, am I going to die?

I've had four partners, two of which came after I discovered I had hpv. This makes tracking when I caught hpv easily. If it was the last partner, I have had hpv since March 2005. I discovered I had hpv when my doctor found warts. They won't go away! They are internal warts, too. I've been using Aldara to boost the immune system, not smoking, sleeping, exercising, etc.... nothing is making them go away! I've been so grossed out with my body now, I haven't been able to be turned on six months. It's getting worse, too; I'm starting to get an external break out, even with Aldara. I've had three different doctors now and they all say that my body will get rid of the warts. I'm starting to think they are wrong. Is it possible to have warts forever? Good lord, I hope not. I have to have sex again! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Seriously... if there was a vaccine against AIDS, I'm sure some of you would still complain... However, no matter what you tell your children some of them are going to have sex anyways. Might as well protect them against a virus... that causes CANCER...that causes infertility and even death? Right? Or I'm just an oddball? If I could step back in time, I'd give myself the vaccine in a heartbeat. Better safe than sorry.

Really... some kids are going to have sex anyways, and the vaccine is most effective when given before puberty/menstruation starts. Even if your kids end up staying abstinant theres still a chance of catching the disease after marriage.

Here's my situation. I am vaccinated against hep b. my ex boyfriend had hep b when i was with him. i didn't know at the time. i haven't slept with him in 2yrs and i have a negative hep b test. am i ok? or is it possible in 10 yrs for me to get it from this encounter 2 yrs ago?
