No. You have to have intercourse with an infected person to contract it.. However, many people are HIV positive and dont even know it, no symptoms for years.. So, always be protected!

No, nor can you get AIDS from them either. It starts only when you get it from a person who has it.

As long as you know they are negative than your safe.Pretty risky behaviour because unless you have test results in front of you a person can lie.It's sick but some people knowing spread HIV.Thats how I got it 6 yrs ago.

No, you can't get aids or hiv from someone who doesn't have it. I have no idea how it started. But, you canm definitely only contract it from someone who already has it.

No, you get it from someone else who has it. It doesn't develop naturally.
