facts and details of this exist.but the sad thing about this,is the the government will never mention this.they will talk only about that of Africans n poor people.Just bcoz these folks are poor and cant buy medications.Meanwhile lots of our citizen carry the virus in them unaware of.

I made a mistake with a friend a few weeks back, one that should've been avoided, but.. We were fooling around and I to me I figured we were being safe using a condom. Only thing I didnt really think about was if I could catch anything from performing a short short oral session on her. More specifically, not to say I havent known her for awhile but I dont really know her sexual past all that well, I was concerned about the possibilty of getting something like HIV from performing this short oral session on her? I dont have sores or any cuts in my mouth, but I just wanted to see if anyone knew that answer.

I have been worried more recently about ovarian cancer. I have done quite a bit of reserach and there are numerous factors for why someone could aquire or would not aquire ovarian cancer.

About a year ago I was on birth control for about a year or so. I have been off birth control for a year because I did not want to spend money on it and sort of just wanted my body to go back to normal.

Of course my periods have gone out of wack now that I have been off the birth control. They are about 45 day cycles instead of the normal 28 day cycle. I know that abnormal mentrual cycles could be a problem with ovarian cancer. That is my one sign.
I also find myself with some slight cramps and pains in the lower abs through the month and occasional indigestion with embarressing (stomach aches which lead to the bathroom) and not puke. If you know what I mean. Are having these stomach aches, abnormaly long period cycles and some ab pains enough to go through all those tests for ovarian cancer

ok im going into jobcorps and at the last minute they said i have to get an HIV test and im really freaked out right now because I HATE NEEDLES..!..i mean why couldnt they just stick the needle in my upper arm,why my forearm,ITS Gonna HURT...i think my question here is do they have oral HIV test at jobcorps,cause that would be much better???

i couple of months ago, i went for a pap smear and my results came back with abnormal cells, which the dr described as moderate dysplasia! i had taken a pap test about two years before and my results were normal, but with thrush... anyway, the doctor said i had to do a colposcopy/biopsy to take some tissue and send it to the lab for further examination. when the results came back, i was told my cells were still abnormal, but not as abnormal as before, so i've been told to take another pap test! do you think i may have hpv or dysplasia... and could it be healing on its own? please help??

I have on sore on the back of my gum and my toung hurts when i stick it out far and when i bend it under. Ok so I have HPV and am just starting my 9th month. I was fine up until this month when I had my first outbreak ever. Now I am really worried about delivering vaginally. My doc says it will be fine. But I am worried about transferring the virus to my baby! I feel like she (my doc) just can't be bothered with this. (She is a low income doc) I told her even though it is my first baby I have no problem having a cesaerean. She says no. I asked her "Can I do anything about the warts before I deliver?" (Like medicine, freezing, etc.) She says no. Even though she says I can deliver vaginally I am scared. It's not like I can change doctors. I deliver next month. Am I worrying needlessly?

My doc told me it could be from bacterial build up with using tampons? Ive only ever had the one partner, who has been faithful throughout our time together, as have i.
Which means, a) he has contracted it before our relationship
b) i have contracted it from another source... and i havnt been with anyone else.

Are there other ways you can contract this STI?

Ive had the one partner for 5 years - during this time we have both been faitful, which makes me wonder who he got it off before me? Neither of us had any symptoms. Im worried that it means ive had it since we first slept together - (i was a virgin) now finding out i have it would having the condition for 5 years cause infertility??
