Fear of contracting a sexually transmitted disease is a common fear in today's society. Your not alone. Find someone you trust and allow the process of getting to know the person slowly until you do trust them. Hopefully some kind of feelings will be present than just sexual desire by then. The human race is going to have to go back to the old and proven ways of finding a partner and date without sex until you have a love for this person, get married and then have an undoubtable trust in your spouse before sex.

Well... your fear is a little intense. You should probably seek professional help (fears of this nature can be a sign of OCD). This said, it's reasonable to be concerned about STDS. There are thing you can do to make your chances of contraction almost non-existant. You can get into relationships with people you know to be sexually responsible and respectful. They are out there. You should make sure your partner gets an STD check before you sleep with them. You should use a condom and lube during your sexual encounters. Go have fun! You should also know that HIV while horrible is easier in this day and age to live long and happy lives with.

There's a little thing called a condom that can help prevent it. Also knowing your partner for a while and both taking aids tests helps too. It is true that we can't live the life of the 60's anymore, however, we don't need to join convents or monasteries either. Sex is something that is supposed to be enjoyed. Like fire it can warm you or burn you.It is the ultimate expression of love.

First - Sex will be so much better after you're sure you love her and you're married.
Second - Don't listen to all of the idiots who just scream "Condom!" Condoms are 14% effective when you use it 100% correctly. Honestly, if you're about to have sex, who takes the time to put the condom on 100% correct? There's NO complete effective way to avoid HIV/AIDS besides abstinence.

Condoms Condoms Condoms! There is also something to be said for monogamous relationships, STD testing before sleeping with someone with no protection and being selective about who you're shagging. But it does sound like you have a bit of paranoia about this? Perhaps a counsellor would help?

Oh dear, sounds like you need to chill out a bit.
As long as you wear protection you will be alright. You need to meet some one that you want a long term relationship with, then you can take things slowly, get to know her before you sleep with her. Its sleeping with lots of people that make your chances of catching anything greater.

you don't need to abstain from sex, just practice safe sex. always use a condom, and get to know the person first. if you are unsure about anything, don't do it!

Why don't you ask them to have a test done at the clinic, to clear them of aids. It is quick and painless, and fast results.
