abstinence, dude. Or the female condom (which is wicked complicated). Anyway what are the side effects? Allergy to latex? There are condoms out there made of different materials. Like sheepskin, polyurethane, and possibly others. You could try those.

If you're not willing to deal with the condom side effects, then that's quite the conundrum... (sorry...heh)

What's the problem with condoms? If one of you is sensitive to the latex in condoms, you can find condoms made of special material. They are the best way of protecting against HIV.

Most reactions are from the latex in the condoms. Latex sensitivity is not unusual. Look for condoms that do not contain latex; they're out there.

By saying side effects i think you mean latex allergy? Talk to the pharmacist aif that is the case there are non-latex brands.

To go down on your lady, put a bit of cling film over her bits and lick her through that. I've neevr tried it but apparently you can't tell the difference.

If you both have HIV, then why bother? If you are trying to avoid pregnancy, try using the Pill (if it doesn't cause nausea) or a patch.
