Of course they should. Just because they are HIV positive doesn't mean they will necessarily get full blown aids. One of them might degenerate into aids and therefore the other one should be protected at all times. If they care for each other then they will want to protect each other.

Yes they should. People are thinking of in the terms of they already got it so just don't bother. The real truth on it is that condoms should be used due to each person has their own mutation form of HIV and they can actually make each other sicker. Its a medical proven fact.

You should always use condoms. One of the HIV positive people may be further along with the HIV and there are many different strains on there. The person could get themselves sicker and the HIV could progress quicker.

HI, what you both have to do is get a genotype & a phenotype test .What this will tell you is the strin of virus you have & what medications will & wont work for you. now if you both have the same gyenotpe you won't run the risk of giving each other a differant strain of the virus which can result in the supervirus. If your both able to use the same meds better still. I've done this with 2 of my ex's and we had no problems. Of course consult your docter first. Good lck & GOD BLESS YOU BOTH..................

yes bcuz u can reinfect yourself with hiv. there are many different strands as this disease is multipling. U should always use condoms because u can still contract other stds
