What Are the Signs and Symptoms?
Most HPV infections have no signs or symptoms. So someone can be infected and pass the disease on to another person without knowing. However, some people do get visible warts.

People often don't have any symptoms from genital warts — the warts usually do not hurt or itch, which is one reason why SOME PEOPLE MAY NOT KNOW THEY HAVE THEM.
Doctors can diagnose warts by examining the skin closely (sometimes with a magnifying glass) and using a special solution to make them easier to see. Pap smears and other tests can help diagnose an HPV infection.

Experts believe that when a wart is present, the virus is active and more likely to be contagious. When the wart disappears, the virus is still there but may be less likely to spread.

Do some reserch, recomended.

Hate is a strong word.... it depends on circumstances mainly, did she know she had genital warts and just kept it from you deliberately? Has she cheated on you and caught them from him and thats how she got them and why she not told you...? (i've had that happen to me before with chlamydia) I think you need to talk things through with her. Either way its a big breach of trust and things might not be the same for a while, if ever. You can get the actual wart treated and it'll go away. I think the virus that causes it remains on your skin for a while but its not like herpes i dont think. I'm pretty sure that once its gone, its gone. Go and see the doctor for some proper advice! He might put you through for some counselling as well. Good luck x

First of all go to your doctors and get something for it because if she gave it to you then Yes! you could give it to someone else.
But also you should tell her the problem and ask her to go to the doctors as well, because the moral issue is that she will also be able to pass it on to her next partner. But I think if you really love her then this should not be a reason for splitting up, provided you both get treatment this can be resolved. Best of luck Sheila.

There is no cure for genital warts, only treatment, and yes, u can pass it on to ur next partner. I would only hate her if she knew she had it and passed it on intentionally.
