My partner had been a carrier for over two years before he met me. It took around 9 months for me to notice that I was not my usual self and was feeling a little off. There were no outside symptoms, I just didn't feel 'well'. Sex was becoming painful (possibly related to the onset of endometreosis as well) and something inside me said that I should see a doctor.

The doctor treated both of us and we are fine. As for yeast infections, they are not really related to chlamydia beause the latter occurs deep within the uterus. However, during the time I was treated for chlamydia my body was run down so of course I also had to treat myself for thrush too.

The doctor described my problem as an infection in the uterus which was most likely caused by chlamydia. Because my system was out of wack, I also got thrush (and herpes type 1 and endometreosis - but that is another story)

chlamydia is not just a woman's disease, men carry it too, however men are usually not affected by it like women. It can be very dangerous for women if left untreated.

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about 4 years back, when I was still attending college and had a silly one-night stand. I realize a lot of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/H3RKE everything got better.

Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the herpes virus from my body in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method provided the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

Female and males can both attract chlamydia. If you have the std it shouldnt take long for syptoms to appear. Symptoms of the disease is itching in your private area, back pains, burning sensation, vomiting, diahreahi, ect. No a yeast infection can not give you the std, you can only get it if you have intercourse with somone who has the disease. And no douching will not help. The best thing to do is go to a emergency room or you doctor and take the pills to get rid of it asap because it can cause you to never have kids or more serious issues with the body.

Chlamydia is sexually transmitted. If you have had unsafe sex, you should get tested. Men can catch and transmit chlamydia as well. So it's important to go to the doctor and get tested. If the test comes back positive, the doctor will prescribe medicine to get rid of the chlamydia. It is treatable. Oh, and men often have no signs or symptoms.

As for douching, no, you should never douche. The vagina is a self-cleaning organ. If you douch, you will upset the balance of your vagina and you could therefore become more susceptible to yeast infections and such.

It is easy to get in tropical climates when you are having a lot of sex and not washing often.

It is easily treatable.

You need to go to the doctor after you get it.
