I took it 5 days ago and I have been bleeding for 2 days... is that normal? any experiances? does that mean the pill worked or...?
please help, I am really scared....

The pill is working. It creates a period. A period is the flushing out of the uterus. Don't worry. It is just a period. Period.

Yes that's normal. Even if her period wasn't due for 2 weeks, bleeding a week after taking the pill is pretty common. It means the pill worked. I doubt she would have gotten pregnant anyway if it wasn't sex. Tell her to expect her next period to be late as well - the morning after pill does that too.

To be on the safe side call your pharmacist they know a lot about the morning after pill and do yourself a favor don't worry so much most likely things will be fine and to feel more in control in a few days take a home pregnacy test good luck lorie

Yes, that's part of how it works. Basically, it prevents implantation by sloughing off the uterine lining, just like a menstrual cycle. Take care!

I took it before and i think i remember bleeding a little. check the side effects on the side. if you are bleeding a lot, you should call your doctor.

I think it is normal. You might be experiencing a period. Don't take my word for it. The best thing you can do is see a doctor.

won't hurt to call the doctor and ask, some women have bad allegic reation and died taken the pill.. I would call the doctor right away.

my co-worker took that thing. and she bled too for about a week!!!!!!! but i say if you are really bleeding heavy to go to the ER!!!!!
I WOULDNT DO THAT PILL!!!!!!!
