for quite sometime with people he meets over the net. He got the clap once... But he hasn't learned, and he still does it (barebacking). His behavior is a bit erratic, since he uses condoms sometimes, and sometimes he doesn't. He picks up dirty looking girls as well. Should I tell him to have himself tested?

I've had this rash on my lower legs for the two weeks. I had sex with someone before who I later found out had genital herpes, but I had two blood tests for herpes since which both came out negative.

Lately I've been getting a small red spot around my hip and a few on my lower legs and ankles, but I don't know if it's herpes or skin that's been irritated from scratching (I tend to scratch my skin when it gets dry and itchy in the winter).

So is it possible to have herpes on the lower legs or is it most likely something else?

Some people say hiv dies instantly when in contact with air...
... others say it takes 1 hour or so for it to die....
... some sites say that hiv can survive for 3 days at room temperature even in a dry form!

There is a wide range of statements and I am not sure what to believe.

All I want to know is: how long can hiv survive at room temperature, in contact with air, until it is not strong enough to transmitt?

A simple question has so many answers....

If you are a doctor/nurse please say that you are. And please tell the truth. And clarify it.

Can hiv go through a blistar?

My new shoes were really tight so it has caused skin irration resulting a big red blistar. There is a outer skin (the skin which had been irratated and are going to be replaced) and an inner layer of skin (a new skin ready to take the old skin's place.

While the blistar has not been popped can hiv still enter the body?

If you have genital herpes would the cold sore on your lip have a breakout too? The area on your lip where the cold sore usually forms. Is this a way to tell if its herpes or just an irritation or side effect from meds. Is herpes always painful and oozing blisters? Cuz thats not my symptoms

how does a man actualy catch an STI from a woman. Because no body fluids are given to the man. i'm 14 years old. I know you can catch othe things from skin contact but others like AIDs and HIV can't. I'm very confused.
