Can you get HIV infected if your semen hits ur finger but it had a cut in it?

If you were unaffected before allowing this contact to happen, then the answer is NO - HIV doesn't spread through air or any other medium except direct penis-vaginal contact between semen and HIV (vaginal) fluid. Of course, Blood transfusions and injection needles are a different case.

Well if you already have HIV and YOUR semen get's in YOUR finger cut, then nothing more is going to happen. But if Infected person A gets semen or vaginal secretions in the cut of infected or not infected person B then person B has a risk of being infected or reinfected.
