You most certainly can, Latex condoms are naturally porous, they have tiny holes, condoms work well on keeping sperm in and bacteria out, however, in comparison viruses are 1000x or more smaller than a bacteria, they can easily pass right through, condoms do help due to the fact that they ad to lubrication, less of a chance that the skin will break leading to blood/blood, blood/semen, blood/vaginal secretions contact.

Sorry but since nothing is certain in this world the answer is yes. Condoms are not 100% as witness by the fact that they also have a fail rate as contraceptives. HIV is not impossible to catch but Hepatitis C and some of the older STDs are even easier.

This isn't actually an answer just wanted to voice my thought on how funny it was that you mentioned that it was a durex condom as if they have extra protection than other condoms, other than that yes it is still possible to contract HIV and please sleeping with a prostitute on more than one occassion - you can do better than that xXx

I think its extremely unlikely. It IS possible, but in the circumstances you describe, i think unlikely. Remember (although everyone seems to forget it!) that prostitutes are human too, and no doubt she doesnt want to take the chance of catching HIV or anything else from YOU! Therefore she will see to it that the condom is used properly, and risks minimised.

Don't panic yourself. You are doing all you can to protect yourself. It is just not practical to say to all and sundry, don't have sex with prostitutes. Some men, for all sorts of reasons, require their services.

Condoms are 99% protective everytime if used correct, but to make sure someone is clean, check with the doctor. HIV takes about 6 months to take affect if it is in the body.

Are you really that horny? Considering sex with a prostitue that could possibly have HIV?

Yes, you could catch something even if the condom is or was used properly. Nothing is 100%.

The chances are very small. Especially if the condom didnt burst. Its alot harder to catch HIV than people think. However if the prozzy had a cut on her lip and so did you there is a chance you could get it that way too if you did kiss her.But chances are you didnt.Cause in Pretty Woman they just had sex no kissing cause its too intimate???????

It's unlikely, but still possible. Even when used 100% correctly condoms are still only about 98% effective. That 2% failure rate is a very low possibility, but it CAN happen.

Provided that the condom is in full working order then no, it is not possible to contract HIV. xx

p.s. unless you have had oral sex... You can also contract HIV this way.

If everything stays in place then no you will not contact it.
It is only when bodily fluids gain access to the unaffected body i.e. through a cut or through unprotected sex, it is not contracted just by touching.
