Absolutely, research has shown that almost every STD, even those that some may say you can only get in the genital area, can spread to the mouth during oral contact. Always use protection, even during oral. Condoms and dental damns may seem like a hassle, but herpes, warts, and a yeast infection in your mouth are much worse. Good luck!

Hell yeah! you better be xtra carefull with that kind of stuff. First of all: STD's are transmitted mostly thru body fluids such as saliva, semen, blood, vaginal discharge etc. Now in your case, YES coz when sucking someone else's genitals, very tiny bruises which act as doors for any infection such as the one u mentioned, are made on boh your mouth & yor partner's genitals takin in mind that the organs mentioned have very soft skin. Plus; other body fluids such as semen & saliva can act as pathways for infections between U & your partner who has genital infections thus putting U on the brisk of contracting STD's & other infections. Don't just enjoy, watch out, beadles about.
