I hate my acne around my mouth and chin I tryed proactive it didn't work for me. I also have tryed numorous things from nutrogena to st. ives, also aveno and noxema and clearasil name it I've probley tryed it the only thing I haven't tryed is the oral meds or prescipstions help me someone!! Also I have redness on my checks and eye brows my doctor said she doesn't think its roseacia so do any of you know what it might be??

i have black mark- scar cause by insect bites and its really hideous. it make me think twice if i wanna wear short pant or skirt.
can anyone give me any suggesstion to fade the mark?

I heard that you could get rid of a planter's wart if you were to wrap duct tape around it and leave it that way for awhile. Is this true? Please Cite, I'd rather not wrap a piece of poisonous duct tape around my toe because someone said to.

just started laser hair removal treatments. doing my entire body. never had any trouble with shaving in the past but since my 1st treatment about 2 months ago every time i shave i bleed. no cuts or nothing but the actual pores bleed, not only one part of the body but almost everywhere arms legs etc. The laser center says they've never seen or heard about this before they contacted their co.physician and she said the same thing: never heard of it. has anyone been thru the same thing? if yes what is the cauz and how to fix it?should i continue my laser treatment?or if anyone recommend websites or any sort of info its appreciated. thanks much. I'm getting my treatments at American Laser Center

spots are hard to see when im not tanned.if i rub rubbing alcohol on it it turns red and raises. saw a derm. at one point and was told it was a type of fungis and to put a anti fungal cream on it .. now it has spread some more ... any ideas what its called or way to get rid of it ??? Thanks

My daughter is 24yrs old and has been suffering from her eyelashes falling out, they grow back then she gets a swelling at the folical base and the eyelash falls out leaving her eyelid bare, does anyone know what this maybe and more importantly can this be treated and how, i have looked on the web and have come across something called Demodex folliculorum, eyelid mite, has anyone heard or suffered from this, i would be so gratefull of any advise or help, she finds this condition unbearable.

A friend of mine has a birthmark on her leg.(its on her schin) She refuses to wear anything that will show it off. No shorts or short skirts. Even in the summer time, when it gets blistering hot outside, she will wear pants. The birthmark is brown and about 2 inches long, it is very noticable.It looks like a skin discoloration, nothing extravagant. I have always told her that nobody really notices it to help make her feel more confident, but it doesn't help. She is beautiful girl with a great body. Does anybody know if a dermatologist can remove it? Or anybody that can remove it for that matter? Or perhaps any advice on how I can boost her self-esteem with words??

I live in a oxford house, which is a recovery house. Lately my housemates and I have been getting bites about our bodies. I have found a flat round bug with legs like a centipede all the way around the body part of the insect. I found this insect crawling across my bed.

I suffered from chicken pox 3 years ago.The infection was rather severe more so due to my mother giving me the rather wrong kind of treatment(I am so mad at her) and due t which the infection spread throughout my body.I was 13 then.Its been nearly four years now and allthough the scars have faded they have definitely not complelrely cleared away.I face severe confidence issues ever since this has happpened and I have become more reclusive and my personality has completely changed and I find it rather hard to approach people and become more of an introvert over a period of time.The scars are not visible on my face and hands although they are noticeable on my feet and I feel rather embarrased an can't even to a damned pool due to this and neither can I focus on my studies.I am so mad...period.My friends say I still look attractive but I feel that they are only saying it to make me feel better.

For some reason lately my face has been really dry, it looks really embarassing and skin peels off occasionally. What can I do to make my face better? Keep in mind I'm on antibiotics and am using Differin lotion.
