Skin Conditions - January 2007

I have super dry skin that is acne prone. I also have combination skin ( the t-zone thing). I have tried every facial moisturizer/soap on the market. Is there anything anyone can recommend here?

I get a big , painfull spots on my face and back ,not many but the heeling time is 1 month. When one is cleared more comes again. I watched chanel4 -you are what you eat and Dr.Gillian talked about this problem. If woman is produsing male hormon then can happen that woman get big painful spots and little hair round the lips or chin?? Can you tell me more about this please??

10 day's ago i was taken by aliens, they probed me and did all sorts of weird stuff. they dropped me back off today, and now my belly-button keep's oozing green mucus like nasty stuff!. what can i do i need help big time, i'm all jacked up!.

k... i have some acne.. i think its mainly hereditary because over years no matter the amount of makeup.. or no makeup.. or different products ive used.. i still get acne!.... anyone have any solutions/ home remedies/ anything! maybe something else might work for me than anything ive ever tried before

I'm not that confident with my looks, especially the spots I get on my face. I notice when people talk to me they don't look into my eyes, they look else where on my face :-( Is there anything I can do to make my face atleast look better, not make-up coz that just makes my face look worse. I am currently 6 wks pregnant and i suffer from psoriasis. I am currently on fluocinolone for my scalp and cortisteriod cream and tar cream for my body. I was just wondering if i should stop using the cream for my psoriasis considering the risks to my baby. I am at a loss considering the risks vs the benefits for myself. I havent yet seen an OBGYN for accurate answer. What should i do?

For 6 mo, I have had a skin rash that comes and goes. It starts at on the palms, top of hand and wrist. Then I would get all those and then my arms a little bit. Then basically anywhere where I have tender skin (tops of feet, not bottom), across my pants line at my waist, chest, bra area, etc. My PCP is not concerned, just rx's me cream which works when not severe. Lately, I have been getting some hives with the rash, raised type of patches that Benadryl gets rid of. Just seems like rash is just getting worse as time goes on.

I take Zyrtec, Nexium and and just got off Paxil (oh the joys of withdrawal!) and am taking a different antidepressant. I have indoor/outdoor allergies (hence the Zyrtec) but I get the rash despite the Zyrtec! My doc just refills the cream and tells me to try to figure out what I am allergic to... could be food, could be many things. Any ideas? I can go a week w/out a flare up and then have either mild or moderate rash on any of the above mentioned parts.

I am not diabetic, been tested, get a different answer from doctors saying it's nothing. But, it looks bad, and I have always been able to shave it off with a disposable razor, but, it's gotten so hard, it breaks the razor. It doesn't hurt, and I've tried creams, pedicure things to get callouses and such and nothing helps...what do I do?

I was scared to dye my hair again but a few months later a friend told me about HENNA safe and good 4 your hair i gasve it a shot and 5 days later I broke out with a rash all over my body. 7 days later its going away but my Doctor dosent know what it is, he says it COULD be a allergic reaction, but he's not sure ( what a jerk) and charged me for this advice. What do you suppose it is and what's a good course of remedy? I'm real itchy and could use some answers anybody??

I seem to have a few really tiny things that look like bug bites on my legs. They're a bit itchy. They're not like mosquito bites though, and I'm not sure what could cause them. I'm pretty sure that's the only area I have them. I'm not sure if it could be from pants, or blankets, or bedsheets.. That's what I'm guessing right now, because the blanket I use has a hole in it and the material would be torn to shreds if I tried to clean it. Do you think that's it?
