I seem to have a few really tiny things that look like bug bites on my legs. They're a bit itchy. They're not like mosquito bites though, and I'm not sure what could cause them. I'm pretty sure that's the only area I have them. I'm not sure if it could be from pants, or blankets, or bedsheets.. That's what I'm guessing right now, because the blanket I use has a hole in it and the material would be torn to shreds if I tried to clean it. Do you think that's it?

It is very possible that this problem does is fact emanate from your bed. Dustmites, who feed on skin cells and are found everywhere, (curtains, floors, furniture, beds) since we slough off millions of skin cells per day.
I realize it may be difficult to wash your cover, but if you have the means, I would suggest purchasing a new one.
Also, if you vaccuum your mattress often, you will find that the problem will go away.
(believe me, I know that that sounds a bit foolish, extravagant, and time wasting, but you will be glad that you did.)
Another possibility, though I feel this may not be the case, since we are just talking about your legs...I am allergic to scented laundry detergent as well as fabric softener. I got the same bumps you described, they are itchy, dry red. It took me ages to discover why. You may test this by using something like, Tide Free, and omitting the fabric softener in a load of wash to see if it makes a difference. In the meantime, you may use calamine lotion or Urea cream to relieve the itching. good luck.
