My sister is a dermatologist and she said to put head and shoulders on them everyday, like when you shower. Just leave it in for a bit, doesn't need to be for long.

If you have eyebrow dandruff, use a soap free cleanser and a skin buffer to get rid of it.

It's probably dry skin, not dandruff. Wash your face well, dry it, then apply a moisturizer.

Try some castor oil, yes castor oil. Give it a week...rub it in every other day.
