Well I use this one company's products. I have a friend that has a couple of children with eczema. Or should I say had... well they still have it, but the effects are no longer there. While ordinary bar soaps dry your skin our exclusive 3-in-1 concentrated, long-lasting bar. The Gold Bar is:
* a superior moisturizing bar,
* a hard-working, deep cleansing bar, and
* an odor-fighting deodorant bar all wrapped up in one luxurious bar.

The Gold Bar simply takes washing and bathing to a whole new level of lavishness with its unique mix of skin softeners and conditioners-plus the natural purity of Melaleuca Oil. Featuring a heady citrus scent that gets you going in the morning or relaxes you at night, The Gold Bar goes far beyond ordinary soap.

So in conclusion, stay away from perfumes and any soaps that have chemicals etc. I also heard Oatmeal bars work as well. But again, I was told not as good as this soap. Hope this helps.

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.
