It's probably herpes. Have you been performing unprotected carpet munching? Try some medication. Thanks to Valtrex, I've been outbreak free for three months. :)

My ex had melonoma on his lip. It was a dark spot that looked like a mole. It's not too unusual, because the skin there is thin and the sun can do a lot of damage. If you suspect it, it's best to get it looked at because melonoma (skin cancer from sun exposure) is very serious.

bumps on the outside or lumps on the inside of your lips? bumps on the outside (skin) are probably normal. could be lot of things. lumps on the inside would be something to be concerned about though. if your worried go to the doctor, or as the school nurse or some other professional.

I don't know how to say this but if you've been doing certain activities, your lips may be pregnant. It's not a form that will produce a baby unless you call a yeasty kind of thing a baby.

It could be a non-contagious form of something that happens when you eat something that's too hot or cold. But see a doctor if you are worried.

Wait a few days, or week, if nothing improves then go to a doctor. Tell your parents about it also, just let them know to see what they think.

sounds like an allergy, but could be herpes, try one of those meds for cold sores etc. it might just help they have antibiotics in them if it goes away it's not an allergy

Maybe an STD? I'm joking...I think it might be an allergic reaction just like the other person mentioned.
