I was scared to dye my hair again but a few months later a friend told me about HENNA safe and good 4 your hair i gasve it a shot and 5 days later I broke out with a rash all over my body. 7 days later its going away but my Doctor dosent know what it is, he says it COULD be a allergic reaction, but he's not sure ( what a jerk) and charged me for this advice. What do you suppose it is and what's a good course of remedy? I'm real itchy and could use some answers anybody??

Sounds like you got an allergic reaction. But what type of henna were you using to get such a reaction? It is usually a pure natural product. YOu should not be using any products of henna off the shelf either as many of those products have other additives in it. Go to a supplier of body art quality henna and natural hair powders and you should be fine using those.
Allergic reactions to henna is very rare.
