i have a dry .. veryyy itchy patch on my head.. constantlyyyy itchy... flakes off too when i itch it.... anybody have any remedies / things to help me get rid of this?

Do you mean psoriasis? I think that's how it's spelled. Try getting a shampoo that contains coal tar, and another shampoo that contains zinc. Use the coal tar shampoo one day, the zinc shampoo the other, then the coal tar shampoo the next day and so on. It helped me, I had terrible scalp problems at one time. I hated it because I was always scratching my head. If the shampoos don't work try to find a dermatologist (medical doctor who specializes in skin problems).

This could be a few things causing it, Could be your shampoo,you may need to change, or it could be an internal situation called yeast. If you care to email me at ptlesther06@shaw.ca I will expound on that. Put "itchy head" as the subject.

go to the doctor to make sure. I found that if it was an open wound, like if you have been picking at it, tea tree oil shampoo is milder than prescription stuff.
My best advice is dont scratch. I know. It's hard. Mine is flaring up too.
