Hi! I know how you feel.I was once young and had very oily skin and bad breakouts. Wash your face with a mild cleanser twice a day. Then use benzol perioxide 2.5% on those pimples. It's hard but try to find a light facial moisturizer to balance your skin out.It sounds stupid to put moisturizer on your face if it is oily but the drying affect of the benzol perioxide will cause your skin to produce more oil.Don't expect overnight miracles.
I can tell you as you age it will lessen but I still get a pimple here and there. The good part is that if you have oily skin and take care of it now(protect it from the sun-spf15-25)you will look young when you are older.I always thought people were messing with me when I was young but it's true.

If you can afford the system, it is about 300 dollars, but Obagi makes a TREMENDOUS line of products. I have used them for a year now, it is the best! I have had bad acne my whole life, and this is the only system that has ever worked for me! Try it out! If you don't want to go that route (i get it the cost is high!) overcounter products work great, and Clinique makes a GREAT cleansing system, for probably 30 dollars you can get the soap and toner, it works well too!

One thing that works quite well is to keep the skin exfoliating.... get a script for Retin-A, .1%. If your skin is really bad, scaring etc. from your acne (acne vulgaris), get a script for Acutane and try a course. Usually one script from a derm will clear it up. Food intake really doesn't have much to do with acne.
