Go to your doctor. It probably needs to be lanced and an anti-biotic applied or perhaps even an oral anti-biotic.

First of a ll it's doubtful that you pricked your finger with an asparagus fern. They are not by any means stiff enough. They are very delicate, soft plants. However, if you somehow managed to do this, I would ge to the doctor or emergency room to have it looked at right away. In the interim, if you have an aloe plant, break off part of a stem and rub it on tje sore. If nothing else it will soothe it and possibly heal it.

You might try "epsom salts"--sold over the counter at drug stores. The directions will be on the container. If not this--go to a doctor.
