I'm not familiar with Frankel's, but if you mean freckles, there isn't much you can do. Fade creams work on hyper pigmentation. A condition caused by overactive melatonin cells, and is usually related to irritation or age. Freckles aren't hyper pigmentation. They are just the natural color of one's skin caused by genetics. Fade, brightening, and whitening cream won't help because they will fade the lighter parts of your skin as well and just make you a lighter freckled person. Invest in a quality foundation.
