what does it mean if someone has been drinking excessivley over a long period , and their face turns red and their body comes out in blotches?

the red face and blotches will be as a result of drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. alcohol is a toxin and does great damage to your body both inside and out. If someone has a problem with alcohol then there is help out there if they want it. A doctor can also offer advice which is confidential.
