Ever since third grade I've been getting this pain in my chest with shortages of breath and I have to take extremely small breathes to breath normal again or regain my normal breathing pattern. My parents never paid attention to it cuz I guess they didnt know what it was. It happens only once or twice a week. Could this be asthma?

Hi i just bought a pack of marlborough 20 smokes.
I am usually a fit person and is good at longer distance 3-4miles running. I am a 16 year old. I have smoked 20 cigarettes already and i was wondering if the effects are permanent. Like for example these things clog up your arteries so you wont be able to carry oxygen as much. Do you think this is temporary? When i stop smoking will it clear away? If not how do you treat it? I am just so worried i willl be out of breath after a few miles. PLZ HELP

I can't take anything with a decongestant in it. I've had allergies, sinus infection, and a cough for almost a month. Doctor gave me antibiotics for the sinus infection, but the cough will not stop. I've tried Delsym, supposedly the best on the market, and it hasn't worked. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, probably not. But I walked smack dab into a glass mirror a few years back and my nose hurt alot at first, but then it went away. I didnt get any black eyes, but I notice my nose feels like it has a lump (or bump) on the top now. Mabye its my imagination. How can I tell for sure if I broke it, or fractured it?
