Are you coughing up phlegm that is deep yellow/green/brown? If so, I would see a Dr. right away. It depends how soon you are going to the states..if it's just a week or so you should be fine but if it's any longer than that, I would go now. If you have or had a fever, i would also go now.
The nasal issues could be sinuses or sinusitis which settled in your chest causing the bronchitis..I know a long trip like that can make your symptoms worse ... Difference in elevation & atmosphere...Just be careful if you prolong it for a long time or you could develop pneumonia..

GO TO THE DR - you do NOT want to get on a plane with Bronchitis - that is a sure way to end up in the hospital by the time you hit US soil. See the problem is, you have an infection which requires antibiotics to treat it - Once you get on your flight and in the air - the air pressure will mess you up bad and make your infection spread - quickly. If you can, see if you can gets your hands on a 5 day z-pack or 2000 mg of penicillin or amoxicillin a day for at least 2 days before you get on that flight - that would help you a lot. If you have any friends in the states, see if someone can get their hands on this for you, and express mail this to you so you will not get any worse. I hope you feel better soon!!

the fluid in your lungs could build up and you could get pneumonia and if that goes untreated you could die. Bronchitis needs to be treated with an antibiotic like amoxicilin. To control coughing in the meantime you can take a medicine with a cough suppressant like Dextromethorphan Hbr as in Robitussin DM and a expectortant like Guaifenesin. You can find them both in most cold and cough medications. Often with a headache/ fever reducer like Acetaminophen (Tylenol). But you really should see a doctor if it is bronchitis.

you need to go to a doctor as soon as possible. Bronchitis can spread fast and go straight to the lungs then to the heart....bad results. I wish you tons of luck in curing your bronchitis!!

If your phlem is dark green and/or you have chest pain when you cough, you should see a doctor right away.

bronchitis is more often caused by a virus. treat your symptoms with lots of fluids and any other meds that help. if you have difficulty breathing, then you need medical help asap. use a decongestant while in the air. your illness will generally last 3-21 days.

nicely the only ingredient perhaps somewhat worse is waiting for somebody to come back and %. you up and there late ' or the do no longer inform you what time their coming. They the two are notably demanding to do.

It could become worse, but since it's getting better you might be able to wait until you get back, as long as it's soon!
