I imagine it might reduce quality of sleep.

They sell a bunch of products that claim it will keep you from snoring. It depends how you snore, but my dad uses Breathe Right strips which are inexpensive and open up your nasal passages (I use them sometimes, I don't snore, but have difficulty breating. Snoring is not only annoying but it does affect your sleep so you should find what works for you.

It does reduce quality of sleep, especially if caused by obstructive sleep apnea. A sleep lab can test you for it. If you have apnea they'll prescribe a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine for you to use when you sleep. It will stop your snoring and you won't be so tired all the time.

Use Breath Right strips. Get plenty of rest. Sleep propped up on pillows. See a doctor in case it's related to sleep apnea.

snoring can be caused by a variety of factors. obeisity. adenoids. deviated septum. so... depending on your reason for snoring, there can be a multitude of solutions. nasal strips. throat sprays. weight loss. surgery. if you're really conserned, see a doctor. otherwise, nighty-night!!

try those breathe right strips, also you might want to go to a sleep center, sometimes you can have sleep apnea and not even know it. it can be connected to any kind of internal problems.

There are small, plastic devices at the drug store that help. Ask the pharmacist. And there's always surgery.

Losing weight can help. So does nasal strips.

nose strips, gargle with something like salt water (lubricates), don't drink alcohol, alcohol snore is annoying!!!
