If you are a vegan and yet don't have a lot of knowledge or information about eating correctly you could be protein deficient. Protein is essential for exercise. A vegan gets their protein from seeds such as pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and from products like soya beans and tofu. To maintain health you should be eating about 30 grams of protein a day which is a lot of seeds and beans. Protein is made up of amino acids and many of these are essential for health. Please do some research on vegan protein and make sure you get enough in your diet to do exercise. Protein builds muscle and you need muscle to exercise. Without protein, muscles waste away and you have nothing sturdy to carry the rest of your body around with.

Maybe you are overdoing it or maybe you are not taking enough nutrients in your diet. Try eating your 3 healthy meals plus 2 or 3 snacks daily. Also, it wouldn't hurt to take a multi-vitamin supplement.

It may have something to do with running and then going out in the cold. If you don't really button up well, and you are already too warm, this could cause this.
