Need help. My friend has asthma. Everything was normal, until now, after 3 years, he is getting the symptoms back. He has breathing difficulty and has to use the inhaler frequently. Is it safe to do so? The doctor says there are no side effects. It's been lie this for 3 weeks, and he is feeling worse day by day. Are there are natural ways to make him feel better? And what should he do if this gets worse suddenly? He refuses to do to the doctor. I don't know what to do and I'm quite worried. Please help!

Recently, when my girlfriend cry, she'll have blood coming out from her nose, this only happens recently, but it doesn't happen in the past. She has visited doctor, taken x-ray and blood test, everything shown in the report is fine and healthy. She has problems with her respiratory system since a few years ago, but normally she only experience difficulties in breathing when she inhaled polluted air or dusty air, but no blood coming down from her nose. Is there anyone out there know what happens to her?

Previously we tried giving the treatments while our daughter was asleep but have since been cautioned against doing it that way.

She does not like the process and squirms quite a bit to the point that she probably gets less than half of the actual dosage.

Any tips or tricks are appreciated ..

We try distracting her with toys or other objects but invariably that only buys us a few seconds. The treatments take about five minutes, maybe six or seven, to administer.

I have been on antibiotics for a lung infection. 2 days into taking them, I started to get pretty severe upper-mid back pains at night. It would wake me, and keep me awake. In the morning, it is hard to move...it feels a lot like sleeping on a terrible matress. It doesn't last as long, it usually goes away within 10min of getting up. I called the pharmacist who said that it is not a typical side effect from the antibiotics. I have one antibiotic left to take...could this back pain just be related to my lung infection?
