Ventolin is a liquid medication in very small particles. Symbicourt (I believe) is a dry powder. It will feel different doing this kind of inhaler. Just to be on the safe side, ask around about taking to a certified asthma educator (AE-C). He/she should be able to tell you if you are using the Symbicourt inhaler correctly.

Good Luck

From memory, twisting loads the dose, then you suck it in. It's not like the propelled ventolin inhaler, so it will feel different. When it stops working and they up your dose, try Buteyko so you'll never have to use anything again.
