No, we breath in air, of which a percentage is oxygen, i think its 22% and when we exhale we release back out 18% oxygen. Which is why mouth to mouth resuscitation works.

no, out of the 5 liter capacity, we use only 0,5 liter to breath.
the 0,5 liter is called respiratory air. If we exhale air as hard as we can, there will always be 1 liter in the lung, it's called residue air. The air that passes through the lung in and out is 4 liter is called vital capasity
