i'm experiencing breathing difficulties regularly. I can sometimes be walking and then i totally cant breathe for about 2 seconds. Sometimes when i'm sleeping, the same thing happens too. It's like i totally lost control of my body or should i say (paralysed) for lees than 3 seconds. Anyone here to enlighten me?

I really think you should go to the doctor to check it out could be a problem your health comes first.

when you feel like you stop breathing when you sleep, its called sleep apnea. So what you can do is to elevate your head in 2-3 pillows or be in moderate high back rest.
Other thing is that, we can take into consideration a panic attack, maybe you are too pre-occupied with something or a problem or even stressed out..sometimes, when you tend to be walking around, you suddenly feel very dizzy and have difficulty in breathing and feel some numbness in your limbs or your whole body, that is an episode of a panic attack
but still, to be sure, you have to see a doctor fpr further management..hope this helps you

Get to a doctor and quick. You don't know if this could be serious or not. You shouldn't take your chances.

Good Luck!

Something isn't right and you should see a doctor as soon as possible. I have asthma and have suffered in the past with chronic bronchitis, and it can be quite scary. Please take care.
