Clear phlegm is good sign, body temperature below normal not so good.
Think you must be feeling a bit under the weather, wrap up warm go see your doc to get checked out.
If you can't see doc today get yourself off to bed after hot drink something to eat and a couple of paracetamol.

Get it checked out but for cough you can try a few simple home remedies that will help to overcome cough. Have honey in a hot drink before bed time.To relieve fits of coughing due to dryness in the throat, suck a few pepper corns. More remedies at http://useinfo6.blogspot.com/

clear phlegm is ok it's when it's coloured you may have an infection.
Not sure about body temp though........
