Recently, when my girlfriend cry, she'll have blood coming out from her nose, this only happens recently, but it doesn't happen in the past. She has visited doctor, taken x-ray and blood test, everything shown in the report is fine and healthy. She has problems with her respiratory system since a few years ago, but normally she only experience difficulties in breathing when she inhaled polluted air or dusty air, but no blood coming down from her nose. Is there anyone out there know what happens to her?

Does she use nasal spray of any kind? I know I have that problem. Nasal sprays dry out the sinuses and therefore making bleeding easier... I now have to use a saline solution
after I use nasal spray... The only other problem I can think of is high blood pressure.

1. It may cause of much Dryness.

2. Little Ulcer, very simple to get rid off. Go to a ENT doctor, He will just burn the Ulcer Hole / Ulcer Head with a electric heater to burn it down . Maximum 5 minutes. Ask her not to get afraid. Very Simple job.

( I think , her maximum bleeding may happen during night time - but not nessarily - it may hapen any time ).

Take her to ENT doctor.

Bye.
Nice time.

i have that same problem but it was since childhood, i just want to know how often does her nose bleed, cause i had started like that, then after 20 years of my life, found out it was a hereditary leukemia., so just keep on being observant, and take care of your nose., extreme emotion may cause nose bleeding or too much preasure.

It may be allergies. The nostrils dry up causing them to bleed frequently. Does she poke her nose alot. Not trying to make fun but that can also be a reason.
