I've recently been diagnosed with Asthma at 31, I do running and my asthma attacks happen at any given time. Two nights ago, I had for the first time my first real asthma attack while out on a run. I was only out 10 mins when it started. When I came home I took two puffs and was still wheezing like heck for another 30 mins. It was scary!

How do you run with asthma, is it even possible? These attacks follow no pattern.

Thanks!

I have never had nosebleeds until a few weeks ago. I have had 3 of them. The first 2, I stopped within 15 minutes. This last one was BAD! I couldn't get it to stop at all. I went to the ER and they could barely stop it. Not to gross anybody out, but the bleeding was very, very heavy, and I had huge clots coming out when I blew my nose. The ER doc packed my nose with a splint and gauzish/tampon like things. I went to an ENT the next day and have to keep this nose pack in for a few days..

Has anybody had this happen? What was the cause?

I've been gagging quite a bit lately. I've been to the doctor twice and he's but me on antibiotic and zyrtec-D for sinus infection. Has anyone ever had a sinus infection that has caused them to gag? Does anyone know of any other medical conditions that gagging might be a symptom of? I've had 2 episodes of throwing up from the gagging but I'm not nauseous. It scares me when the gagging starts. I don't know if it's anxiety or just sinus drainage going down my throat.

I heard that it is healthy to laugh, but I sometimes laugh too hard. When someone tells me funny things, I sometimes feel out of breath after I laugh. If someone has a heart condition, I would imagine that it could be dangerous to laugh too hard People have said that laughing is better than frowning, but how much laughing is ok?

My boyfriend's house might have been broken into. And he was home alone, sleeping. He woke up this morning with a black eye, a hole in his chest possibly caused by a knife, and a very bruised face, and he could barely breath. His sister said that he was wheezing a lot and he couldn't breat good, and it wasn't his asma (idk how to spell it). Is it possible to wake up like that? He went to the hospital and they said that they didn't know what happened. And I'm getting worried. They don't know if he will be ok.

I'm not particularly concerned with the overall environmental impact of Compact Fluorescents. I'm concerned with what happens in my house when my kid knocks over a lamp with his football. Now, don't get me wrong, I understand he shouldn't be throwing a football in the house; it's just an example. I also have cats and dogs. The point is, if someone breaks one of these in the home, it puts a nice invisible toxic cloud in the air. What's the best way to clean this up without hurting anyone, and how much exposure is dangerous? Advice welcome and appreciated.

I dont know the rest of the details. But could he have had lung cancer and not known it until now? This is just crazy to think of some this young.....and from smoking. I dont smoke, but my husband does and I just went around the house and threw all his cigarettes away.

I have a challenge for you, if you think you can find this information!
I've looked at every box in the store. Not one of them give the name of the adhesive or the ingredients. Can a nurse, student or chemistry expert please find this out? Maybe a link so I can read about it. I have Googled, Yahoo'd, asked Jeeves, Dog Piled, Monster Crawled, used all search engines on Internet Explorer, as well as MSN'd and can not find the answer!!!! Some people are allergic to certain things, it shouldn't be that hard to find. Aren't companies suppose to give a list of ingredients on all the products now days? My family would appreciate the info.!!! And you will get 10 points and my humble respect!!
