This sounds like it could be serious. I would seek medical help right away. If you feel bad, you should go to the hospital emergency room right away if it's after office hours where you are at.

I never can understand why people suffering from severe symptoms waste time getting answers on here from non-professionals instead of going to the ER or at least to their doctors' offices. You may have some kind of allergic reaction to something, or another condition that could be serious. Please consult your doctor to get immediate and proper treatment.

you might have a growth that moves around when you turn your head...you're risking your life by not seeing a dr to get it examined to find out for sure...the numbness is caused by a pinched nerve, so whatever is blocking your passage to stop your breathing, is also pinching a nerve...if you can't drive yourself to the hospital, call 911 and get there as soon as you can...it may turn out to be nothing, but it's better to find out now than to have someone planning arrangements that could have been avoided by a simple trip to the hospital...good luck!!!

No idea...but if you are having trouble breathing, call 911!
It may be gas. I know someone who had neck/shoulder pain when having gall bladder issues.
You may have slept funny causing pain.

you might be allergic to something. Narrow down the thing you were eating or drinking or around like a pet or some type of perfume cause it is triggering a allergic reaction

You could be allergic to something like chemical cleaners, plants or pets. Try to record when and where the symptoms appear.

my guess would be you probably have a pinched nerve in your neck. it's not horribly serious, as in it's not life threatening, but it can be incredibly painful and even dibilitating. i would try to stretch it out as much as you can, slow, firm rotations, and if this doesn't help or makes it worse, GO TO THE DOCTOR!!

Be serious - take yourself to the emergency room. Whatever is wrong with you sounds like it needs attention. Don't wait for tomorrow, go now.
