Well to answer your question we most certainly can work at night. The reason why it is not good for you has to do with our circadian rhythm. Which is our bodies natural clock. We are preprogrammed to be awake during the day and sleep at night. The reason being that we need the vitamin D and stimulation that that we aquire from the sun. Many night shift workers have invested in a light box that puts off what the sun actually would. They use it at night to kind of trick their bodies. Its basically just not natural and no matter what you do if you work nights, your body is going to want to sleep at night. But it can be done well if you take care of yourself.

we can. there are things called night shifts and i guess people that have them could sleep during the day. but then again, why would you? youd need the sunlight at some point. you wouldnt want to have your skin turn grey. besides, you meet your friends and have interviews and go to places during the day.
