If it comes from your gums/teeth - check for cavities or cuts - some people have sensitive gums that bleed a bit after brushing teeth.
If blood comes from your throat - go to see a doctor asap.

you might have a cut in your mouth or a cavity and your tooth is bleeding, or your nose is bleeding and it comes down the passage way in the back of your throat and you spit and see blood, or if you are coughing you might have a serious lung infection, or throat infection, also if you ate a fish with bones a tiny bone may have cut you....

you could have a wobbly tooth a bit and the blood from that u spit out or u dont brush ur teeth and that makes ur gum bleed ur story has happend to me believe me

Deoends on the coloration of the blood if it is dark and massive. See a doctor immediately. It could be lung cancer.
