hi i'm 16 years old and have been taking Lamisil for almost a week now for onychomycosis on my two big toes. I wanted to know if it truly does work since I was really self concious about my condition for a while until I finally did see a doctor a little while ago. I mean, it definately isn't as bad as the pics you see on the internet about toenail infections but I just wanted to get your opinion thanks :)

Took my son the the ER,they said his eyes were fine, they noted them to be pink. Mind you when the shined a light into them he teared up badly shaking his head. He says they are painful at times, they get red and itchy. He is poking them and can't seem to handle light. Has anyone experienced this. I mean I am getting concerned, obviously the dr wasn't but even the dr said the lesions are REALLY close to his eyes......

I came home yesterday with a high temperature that later got higher into 100.5. I went through a combination of chills and fever until my body finally adjusted. I have a fever again now (small, but I feel the heat on my head). My mother says to eat a whole lemon to help my immune system. Last time I did that (I was so incredibley bored...), I had a stomach ache for hours plus a headache. I know lemon erodes tooth enamel and sugar coated lemon is just as bad. Any ideas? I am taking ibufren for the fever, but sometimes when I walk around I feel out of myself, like I am suddenly walking at different elevations, or going downhill one moment and uphill the next. I am drinking plenty of water and I have already spent most of the day resting on the couch reading. The one time I drifted off to sleep I woke up sweaty and overheated. No throwing up, no stuffy nose, bad dry cough, fever, plus mild sore throat.

What should I do about the lemon thing? Any other natural remedies?

I know it's a bateria found in the gut of animals and extremely anti-biotic resistant. But can you tell me more? Why is it so antibiotic resistant? What are possible methods for killing it? What are the odds of surviving if you get an infection from it? How many people catch this virus? I am up for any sort of information. The internet sites are very limited with information on this bacteria. I just wanted to see if anyone else knew more about it, Thanks in advance for any help! :-D
