Took my son the the ER,they said his eyes were fine, they noted them to be pink. Mind you when the shined a light into them he teared up badly shaking his head. He says they are painful at times, they get red and itchy. He is poking them and can't seem to handle light. Has anyone experienced this. I mean I am getting concerned, obviously the dr wasn't but even the dr said the lesions are REALLY close to his eyes......

YES! It's an Ophthalmic Herpes infection. He needs to be seen by an Ophthalmologist, ASAP to be evaluated, and have treatment started right away.
