I am 26yr old male who has been experiencing really hot flushes over my body. Mostly on the soles of my feet, eyes, face, neck and back. I have checked my temperature numerous times and it is normal. I feel like i have a fever but i dont. What could it be and what could be causing it?

I have had blood tests done and all is normal except for slightly high ferritin (*395 - normal is 30-300) and ALT level (*63 - normal is 0-40).

She is terrified of vomitting (this is the very first time she has ever thrown up) and she doesn't want to drink liquid for fear of throwing it up. What can I give her to keep her hydrated without irritating her tummy. She has thrown up Gatorade and Ginger ale - any ideas?

I had this soar throat last night. And when I woke up today. I had this white thing on the side of my mouth by my tonsils. I finally got it out and it was like this hard white thing??? Does anyone know what that could be??? It was really gross!

My daughter has a friend who has come down with Mono. Can someone tell me about this disease? I know very little about it and am worried if my daughter may have come in contact with it.

I heard on the news just now that stap infection cases are spreading. People at work are complaining about weird sores on their body and I'm getting some too. I live in the Silicon Valley.

The hosiptal let my mother sit for 4 day's befor they did the right test to see what was causing her problem. When they found they said it was to late that the toxin had been in her for 3 to 4 days. DEAD BOWEL and she was going to die no matter what they did, but now i'm finding out that you can live if they remove the DEAD BOWEL . may be not the best of life but you can live I was told she was going to die anyway so he made me make a choice to let her die 1 to 24 hrs or doing nothing or taking all her inside's out that will put her in more pain and she would have brain damage and would not ever come home again or come off the resperrater , that he had onley done one sugery like this befor and the person did'nt like the ending .and my mother will live for onley 3 week's anyway. To me it sound like the doctor did not want to do the surgery so he made me make a choice in 2 min between the to that both end'ed up in death for my mom. so hearing how bad the surgery would be on her it was no

I have been sick since Mon night with a high fever & my throat hurts very bad. The Dr. said I have a white pocket of infection behind my left tonsil. My cbc showed my white count at 14. I am taking Azithromyacin & I have had 2 high powered antibiotic shots. I haven't slept in days. Could this be staph infection? Please help me

At the grand old age of 39 I have found out I have chicken pox, nursey at hospital didnt really tell me much, except once the spots have started to show (which is now) wait for up to four days before going back to work. Can anyone tell me anything to help the itches...I am using calomine lotion but is there anything else?
