"Pos" or "Poz" is a slang term meaning, "positive," specifically "HIV positive."

In an effort to combat marginalization and to promote community, people living with HIV have developed some slang terms to use to express their infection status.

Personally, I think it's a nice idea since it empowers people without being a burden on others.
