Though the main purpose of precum is to add lubrication to the penis tip and vagina, it still contains sperm in sufficient numbers to cause pregnancy.

YES!!! I had a girl I worked w whose 2 kids both came from pre ***. The statistics are alot less since there is much less sperm but it is still a chance u will take if your having sex w no condom.
