I used to have canker sores very often. I have tried different stuff. Oral Anesthetic spray to ease the pain, ointment from Doctor's prescription . But in the long term, what I did was to eat a lot of veggies and fruits and make sure I have enough Vitamin C intakes. It helped a lot.

You can buy a product that's called "Gly-Oxide" at any drug store or Wal Mart, K Mart, etc. It's an oral antiseptic cleanser that will heal your canker sore pretty fast and stop the stinging. It is a liquid in a very small bottle and you just squirt a little on the canker sore.

Good old fashioned salt water. Rinse with a solution of about 1 Tbl. to 1/2 cup of water. Or you can dip your wet finger in the salt and put the salt right on your canker. It helps heal them alott faster!!

peroxide on a Q-tip

Rub it on there

Looks gross and turns white - even hurts a bit more at first.

It'll be gone - or at least hardly noticeable by the morning - and no more pain.
