Not that I'm aware of. There'd be no risk from having an HIV positive person work in food service. Barring them from doing so would, however, smack of discrimination.

HIV is not passed on through food. Neither is hepatitis C, although hepatitis A is, and a person with hep A should not work with food until they have cleared the infection.

I dont know about HIV but I believe that if a person has hepitatis C, they cannot work in food service but I may be wrong.....
