This was caused by the bug bite in #1?

Malaria maybe. Lyme disease has different symptoms than what is being described. Your symptoms are very vague so I'm not too sure.

Prevention would be using bug spray, wearing clothing that covers skin, and other measures to prevent bug bites.

A red rash near a bug bite alarms me into thinking about the possibility of lyme disease. I know someone who went to Doctor after doctor trying to find an answer to all the symptoms he was having. It took over a year to get a diagnoses. It started out with flu like symptoms, fatique, joint pain headaches. lightheadedness and yes he did have the classic reddness surrounding a bug bite. Ticks cause Lyme Disease. I wish you luck you need to go to a doctor.

Lyme or similar Tick-Borne Disease is most likely. Prevent insect bites; treatment after eval/testing is often antibiotics.

Did a tick bite you? It sounds like whatever it was made you sick. Go to a doctor. You will need professional treatment for this. It might be from a poisonous insect. YOU NEED TO SEE THE DOCTOR NOW.

Sounds like lyme disease or the start of it...
The only way to find that out is to go to the doctor so they can do some lyme titers on your blood.
It could turn into meningitis so you need to get to the doc, as soon as possible.

You certainly sound depressed. Consider seeing a doctor or simply try to move on.
