seriously? probably way more than you have on hand. when you wake up from the coma with severe liver damage, you're gonna be sorry you tried it, because the pain, projectile vomiting chunks of blood, etc., is going to make you wish you were dead. you will suffer for days until you die of liver failure.

why do u want to know?
if u take a whole packet at once u will be extrememly sick for days, it will be horrible
u will eventually die of liver failure.
it wouldnt be a very nice way to go
