How and when can an Aneurism (now at 4cm) burst and do you have any notice?

My mom is currently on toprol xl 50. The doctor increased her by 25- She seems to be having anxiety and heart racing alot and stomach problem. She is also very nervous-- The doctor told her there are not side effects- I was wondering if the increase could do this? also the doctor now decreased back to her normal level 50 and she is still having problems- how long does it take toprol xl to get out of your system?

like i can't even feel my heart pounding in my chest.
so i measured my pulse and it's 58.
is that normal? because my pulse usually allways is around the 70's
i've never had it go so slow before at 58? freaked out a little.. ?whats going on?

i'm a teen age 15.

unknown drug to find out why my heart races and my oxygen drops. Anyhow, i had this done around 6:00 last night and my pupils are still extremely dialted. is that normal. how long dose it take to wear off.

Over the last couple of weeks i've started getting chest/heart problems which are stopping me sleeping. My heart seems to twinge or jump sometimes which is very disconcerting. I get hardly any pain though, maybe a slight tightness. I'm sometimes aware of it beating too. Why is my heart/chest twinging and jumping ?

im a teen age 15.
i have atrial fibrilation a type of arythmia that happends to me sometimes.. im in the cardiology clinic.
it doesnt feel like my heart is out of control fast right now.
but my chest feels a little wierd my hearts not going fast.. but its banging wierdish, and im really panicing and scared.

will this just go away after a while?

Hi everyone......
Well the other day the Red Cross was at my school having a blood drive. At first I had no intentions on donating blood, then something came over me to just go ahead and do it. So I filled out all of the paperwork, they pricked my finger, took my temp. and then went to take my blood pressure. When the nurse was done taking it, she just looked at me and then called another nurse that was across the room to come check it. I guess she thought she must have read it wrong or something. So after taking it again she told the first nurse what she got and it was a tad bit below what the first nurse got. They both just looked at me and said "Oh you can't donate blood, your blood pressure is through the roof. You need to go to the doctors, asap" It was like 140/111!!!!
Now for the past 4 months or so whenever I go to a store that has a blood pressure machine, I take it. It's been prehypertension. Is this normal? I'm only 28 yrs. old, I weight 130 lbs.. I'm 5'5.
