I've been smoking cannabis for 2 years. 8 monthes ago i had a cocaine overdose and quit drugs completely. the doctors said i have absolutely no signs of permenant damage but after several tests (the initial hospital visit didnt pick this up) they said i have RBBB. said i might have had it since birth it was very minor. life is precious to me and i dont want to put myself at danger but the one drug i really miss-- is weed.

If your heart is healthy, a RBBB is nothing. Smoking on the other hand, cigs or weed, is bad for your heart. Congrats on quitting, stay strong.

I know nothing more about this condition than it is a heart condition which affects the electrical impulses, so you probably have more information than I do if you actually have this disorder. But I do know that marijuana smoke increases heart rate and decreases blood pressure, causing greater risk of heart attack. If your disorder comes with increased risk of heart attack, well, I don't think you should smoke pot. Still though, you really should ask a doctor, even if it seems like a doctor would just say "don't smoke weed!", they probably know enough to know that the "just don't do it" approach is less efective than an honest assessment of the risks. If you ask for the honest information, they will probably tell you.

I think it depends on how severe your case is, I don't know much about BBB, I heard that in some cases that it is so in-significant that you don't need treatment or anything, so that's all I can say. But I know alot about weed, and I don't think that weed kills that often. I suppose that if you smoked so much, that it would have a more severe affect on your heart than normal, but I don't know. If the gods of weed like you you'll be fine probly, i kon't know.
